Job DescriptionPosition Summary: The Manufacturing Technician I is primarily responsible for operating machinery for the production and packaging of dental consumables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Under direct supervision, follows work instructions to assemble dental consumables including setting up equipment and material, loading filling/packing equipment, monitoring process, and completing all required documentation per quality policies and procedures.
- Performs quality checks throughout the production process to avoid rework and scrapping of product and material.
- Performs changeovers and troubleshoots minor problems to ensure product specifications are met in compliance with quality standards.
- Immediately reports productivity and quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Reports damaged material, tooling, and/or machinery to the appropriate personnel for prompt repair or replacement.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures including safety and quality.
- Reads, comprehends, and complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Manufacturing Instructions (MIs).
- Participates in continuous improvement activities through the Envista Business System (EBS) including Kaizens, 5S events, Standard Work workshops, Kanban, and Kamishibai.

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Familiar with good documentation practices.
- Detail‑oriented and able to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Constantly stands.

- Frequently bends and stoops.
- Frequently uses hands and fingers.
- Frequently reaches up/down with arms.

Target Market Salary Range: $19.00 - $27.50 per hour
