- Lead Innovation Strategy & Portfolio Optimization - Define and evolve our innovation roadmap, develop the 3-Year New Product Strategy for the Brand, and plan Year-2/Year-3 launches.
- Uncover Growth Opportunities - Leverage data and cultural signals to identify unmet needs, inspire new product ideas, and build compelling business cases.
- Drive End-to-End Development - Own the new product lifecycle from concept through commercialization, partnering with Product Development, R&D, PM, QA, Sales, and Creative.
- Champion Cross-Functional Execution - Be the connective tissue between functions to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-brand innovation delivery.
- Communicate with Clarity and Impact - Translate data and consumer insights into compelling stories that influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Monitor, Learn & Optimize - Monitor and analyze category data, product performance, and adjust the NPD strategy; report key metrics for at least 1 year post-launch.
- Project Management - Serve as Project Leader and occasional project manager, overseeing all innovation/NPD projects from conception to completion.
- Innovative Mindset – Ability to foster and champion new product launches.
- Project Management – Excellent skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge – Solid understanding of the tea industry, consumer trends and competitive landscape.
- Enterprise Mindset – Always thinking about the bigger picture and recognizing how marketing decisions impact objectives.
- Effective Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity – Develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Analytical Skills – Analyze market data and consumer behaviors.
- Agility – Work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, incorporate feedback.
- Accountability – Demonstrate ownership, self-awareness, and resourcefulness.
- Relationship Building – Build rapport and collaborate effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
Master’s degree or MBA a plus. - At least 5 years of marketing/brand management experience, preferably in beverage or FMCG.
- Proficiency with marketing software and social media platforms.
- Regularly sit for extended periods, use computer and monitor, talk/listen in conversations.
- Occasionally lift and move small office supplies up to 25 lbs.
- Possible travel for trade shows or meetings.

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $120,000 with a yearly bonus. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, LTD, EAP, Wellness Stipend, Vacation Accrual, and 401(k) with Safe Harbor Contribution. Additional perks include product discounts, tuition reimbursement, continuing education support, and more.
