We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our outstanding healthcare team. We are passionate about providing high‑quality care and fostering a compassionate, family‑oriented environment that prioritizes trust, communication, and care.

Pay Range: $34 per hour

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
• Conduct daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Administer medication.
• Monitor resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

• LVN/LPN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC).
