This is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleDay shift, 3x12-hour schedule from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with telemetry experience to join our Observation Unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be comfortable handling a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and interpret telemetry data.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the charting system.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or a related specialty.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
