As a Baker at Corky’s Kitchen & Bakery, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. November and December are our bakery months. Overtime is available.

• Prepare and bake a wide range of goods, including pies, dinner rolls, and cookies, following established recipes and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, and communicate needs to the management team.
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are presented attractively for customers.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of baking techniques and processes.
• Creativity and passion for baking, with the ability to create visually appealing and tasty products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
