Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated bilingual Sales Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Chino, CA. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building new business, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through strategic outreach and account development. The Sales Executive will work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment with supportive leadership, positive teamwork, and opportunities to strengthen business development skills.

This position offers a strong path for someone who is bilingual, confident in client communication, and ready to contribute to new account growth, wholesale sales, and long-term customer success.

• Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Conduct product and service presentations tailored to client needs and prospective customer goals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements while supporting customer satisfaction and company objectives.
• Manage existing accounts, strengthen client relationships, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Track sales activity, meet or exceed sales quotas, prepare performance reports, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead development.
• Manage and grow client accounts while identifying additional sales opportunities.
• Present products or services to customers and negotiate agreements.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and support revenue growth goals.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience in wholesale sales required.
• Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is required.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
• Ability to travel frequently for business.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of e-commerce sales in the auto parts industry.
• Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems.
• Experience attending industry events, trade shows, or conferences to generate leads and build brand visibility.
