Earn between $60,000 to $100,000 (dependent on industry experience) annually plus commission.
- Dive into construction documents and specs to estimate jobs and deliver winning proposals.
- Build strong connections with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate, problem-solve, and follow up to ensure every client is delighted.
- Achieve ambitious sales and profit targets, secure regular service customers, and introduce new products to the market.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of sales or construction industry experience, with a proven record of territory growth. Automatic Door Sales Experience preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and the drive to get out and make things happen.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence, independence, and a collaborative spirit.
- Mechanical/technical aptitude and comfort with numbers.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus.

We also have operations in Canada through our Horton Automatics of Ontario servicing greater Toronto, the Ottawa Valley and Southern Ontario.
