Ayco Farms Inc, headquartered in Pompano Beach, Fl, is a premier grower, importer, and marketer of a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables from multiple growing and shipping points. We are seeking talented individuals who have a background in accounting. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable, and hard working.

• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Data Entries (in spanish / english)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of an accounting ERP and microsoft applications
• Background in general ledger account reconciliations
• Experience with journal entries and checks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions, ability to organize work with large amounts of information, manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail

• Monitoring and reviewing purchase orders and invoices
• Accounts Payable and receivables for our foreign companies
• Foreign vendors reconciliation with foreign currencies ( in spanish)
• Bookkeeping of checks issued in our foreign subsidiaries (in spanish)
• Understanding of GAAP.
• Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions, ability to organize work with large amounts of information, manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Understanding of inter-company transactions is a plus
• Processing freight bills
• Understanding the full cycle of accounting
