Senior Accountant – Internal Controls & Process Optimization

Annual Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 base + 10% target bonus + benefits

• Redefine, optimize, and implement internal controls aligned to North American growth strategy
• Evaluate, design, and deliver process and operational improvements across business units
• Drive cross-functional efficiency – relationship-building and collaboration with finance, accounting, IT, and operations leaders
• Lead monthly close, internal/external audits, and compliance (SOX) activities ensuring accuracy and rigor
• Train teams and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer of new processes and controls

• Advanced experience in accounting operations, internal controls/process improvement, and project delivery inside complex/global environments
• SAP experience required
• Demonstrated ability to influence, implement, and own process change—not just recommend
