Job Description:
- Compile, prepare, and accurately enter timekeeping and payroll for all departments
- Compute and disburse salaries, deductions, taxes, and other with holdings
- Post payroll data and prepare reports
- Stay updated with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors
- Process and monitor garnishment orders and other factors that impact payroll specifications
- Prepare all related payroll reports including tax payments, W-2's, child support and garnishments, and other year-end reports.
- Update and maintain database regarding salaries
- Assist in payroll audits
- Other clerical duties as needed
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- 3+ years payroll experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws
- Strong attention to detail
- Non-profit experience is a plus
- Excellent data entry skills
- Experience using Paycom is a MUST
