Five current Partners are approaching retirement, including one who’s spent over four decades with the firm.

You’ll operate as a true senior professional, managing client relationships end to end rather than being siloed into prep-only work. The firm is full-service, supporting both individuals and closely held businesses.

• Preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns
• Managing ongoing client relationships directly
• Supporting accounting, payroll, and advisory needs
• Reviewing work, mentoring juniors, and raising the bar technically
  
  Gradually stepping into a leadership role as the firm plans for the future

• 4+ years’ experience in a small or mid-sized CPA firm
• Experience with HNW individuals and owner‑managed businesses
• Comfortable owning client relationships from start to finish
• CPA preferred (or actively working toward it)
• Someone who values relationships, autonomy, and long‑term growth

• $90k–$120k+ base, depending on experience
• Flexible hours (early start/early finish if preferred)
• Hybrid possible after year one (primarily in‑office initially)
• A realistic, supported path to Partnership
