Excellent Opportunity with our client, in Property Management (Retail, Residential, Mixed Use, Commercial, Hotel). The Property Accountant position is a full charge accounting role for 5-6 mixed use real estate investments.
Our client is requiring the candidate has experience owning the CAM reconciliation and CAM recoveries (CAM, taxes and insurance), commercial lease interpretation, month-end close, financial statement preparation, journal entries and account reconciliation.
Full time 8:30-5/1 hr lunch, 4 days in office, and Fridays work remotely after 90 days training. Special summer hours working until 2pm on Fridays.
