This independent CPA firm in Pompano Beach has an established client base and a pretty straightforward approach to running a business. Look after your clients, treat your people well and don't make things more complicated than they need to be.

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you'll get exposure to a broad range of clients, work directly with the Partners and have the opportunity to develop your technical skills without being buried under layers of management.

There's plenty of room to grow, too. Two of the Partners are starting to think about retirement, so the firm is looking to build a team that can develop with the business over the coming years.

Whether you eventually want to become a Tax Manager or just find a firm where you can settle in, do good work and enjoy your life outside the office, there's room for both.

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of recent Public Accounting tax experience
• Strong experience preparing 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120 and 1120S returns
• Exposure to business owners, HNW individuals and a varied client base
• Comfortable communicating with clients and managing your own workload
• CPA or EA preferred, or someone working towards either qualification
