Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday | 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Responsible for performing administrative tasks and load diagramming in support of the transportation and warehouse departments, such as completing load diagrams in WMS that support efficiency and safety
- Collect and prepare information for various operational reports, data entry tasks including word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Work closely with other employees to assure that the company’s business is executed in the most efficient and effective manner
- Assist with processing orders, producing, and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
- Occasionally required to lift/carry materials/product weighing up to 50 lbs
