John Knox Village is looking for an outgoing and dependable individual for our Full Time Administration Assistant position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This is a key role in providing support and hospitality services to the residents and family members of John Knox Village.

• Provide extraordinary service as the gracious and resourceful initial contact for the Resident Relations Department.
• Resolve day‑to‑day issues for residents, families, staff, and vendors to ensure visitor satisfaction.
• Direct visitors with issues outside the scope of Resident Relations Social Worker or appropriate departments.
• Facilitate successful transitions of residents to different homes, ensuring proper coordination of move‑in date, telephone, cable service transfer, mail forwarding, final walk‑through, and paperwork.
