We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities- Support Office Manager and project manager.
- Stay informed of all field activities.
- Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain files and track documents pertaining to projects.
- Proficiency with Quick Books and Aspire – maintain project accounting, process invoices, track payments, track change orders.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar.
- Organize meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately.
- Contribute to company reports.
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures.
- High school diploma/GED required;
Associate’s degree or administrative training preferred. - Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Quick Books, Aspire, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.

We professionally manage the turf, palms, flower beds, and ornamental maintenance of many beautiful and award‑winning South Florida properties. Our services include landscape installation, maintenance, turf, palm, and ornamental tree service, plant disease management, and insect pest control throughout South Florida, from Jupiter to Dade County.
We work closely with local Landscape Architects and builders to incorporate the vision of these professionals and their clients into a successful installation project. After installation, our maintenance team manages pruning, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, palm tree treatments, and tree care. We also provide maintenance and pest control services to homeowners and commercial properties with existing landscapes.
