The Assistant Sales Manager will assist the Sales Manager in developing strategies to improves sales, effectively handle customer complaints, and assist with managing CFIs. The Assistant Sales Manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.
** Duties and responsibilities
*** High school diploma or GED.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
* Proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

** Will work in an office setting but will occasionally be required to travel to work sites or construction branch locations, where the employee will visit with customers and employees to ensure quality of sales. The position works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt
