• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve all issues, adjustments and discrepancies; ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy; complete follow‑up to all previous inventory adjustments; complete and review cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, keys and review allocations.
• Receive products from vendors to check for quality; communicate potential quality issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
• Follow company safety policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2‑5 years of experience.

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
