Operations Support Specialist – Tech Focused

Requirements

Must have:

• Collect and analyze data
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and gather information
• Assist in the creation of reports that showcase trends and forecasts
• Attend and participate in meetings
• Produce data analysis and verification in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide inter‑departmental data that highlights areas affecting the business
• Independently identify potential areas of concern while reviewing data
• Work efficiently with large volumes of data
• Perform other duties as assigned

This full‑time, onsite position is designed to address high‑priority problems that elevate beyond normal client operations. The pay for this position is set at $23.53 per hour
