Senior Accountant — Internal Controls & Process Optimization

$90,000 – $110,000 base + 10% target bonus + benefits

• Redefine, optimize, and implement internal controls aligned with North American growth strategy
• Evaluate, design, and deliver process and operational improvements across business units
• Drive cross‑functional efficiency—collaborate with finance, accounting, IT, and operations leaders
• Lead monthly close, internal/external audits, and compliance (SOX) activities
• Train teams and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer of new processes and controls

• Advanced experience in accounting operations, internal controls/process improvement, and project delivery in complex/global environments
• Proven technical proficiency in SAP (or Oracle) and strong ERP‑driven accounting expertise
• Demonstrated ability to influence, implement, and own process change—not just recommend
