Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the companys customer base, increasing revenue, and building strategic relationships within the aerospace and MRO industry. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with deep knowledge of aerospace parts distribution and a passion for growing business in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the aerospace and MRO markets
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to leadership
- Continuously identify areas for process and product improvement
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace parts sales or business development
- Strong network within MROs, OEMs, and aviation supply chains
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects
- Self‑starter with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Base salary of $90,, commensurate with experience
