We’re Building an Elite Medicare Sales Team. This Role Runs It.
We’re not hiring a “manager.” Someone who knows how to turn licensed agents into consistent producers. Someone who understands that numbers don’t lie — and standards are non-negotiable.
This role owns Medicare sales performance end-to-end:
- Coaching
- Accountability
- Retention
- Culture

What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and scale a Medicare sales team
- Hold daily KPIs and enforce standards
- Improve close rates and reduce chargebacks
- Build repeatable training systems
- Recruit and develop top agents
- Proven Medicare sales leadership
- Data‑driven decision making
- Comfortable with pressure and accountability
- High standards, low tolerance for excuses
Base salary + performance‑based incentives. Expected total compensation: $150,000–$220,000+. Compensation is heavily performance‑based. This role is best suited for leaders who prefer upside over guarantees.
