We are seeking an exceptional Waterproofing Estimator to join our team at Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking, Inc. As a vital member of our company, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate project take-offs, pricing project scope of work, and preparing and following up with proposals. Your duties will include reviewing drawings, specifications, and RFI's to provide precise on-screen takeoffs.

• Conduct precise and professional takeoffs using on-screen takeoff software like Stack & Procore to deliver accurate estimates for each project.
• Establish and maintain strong communication channels with General Contractors, Developers, Property Owners, Architects, Engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements and specifications are met.
• Prepare detailed pricing estimates based on current material and labor rates, using spreadsheet-like software for accuracy and consistency.
• Follow up with clients to ensure they receive proposals and to answer any questions or concerns they may have.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
• Meet all project deadlines to ensure successful project completion.

• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong emphasis on waterproofing and caulking.
• Proven ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications with great attention to detail.
• Experience using on-screen takeoff software such as Procore and Stack is highly desirable.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other estimating software is required.
• A strong understanding of Division 7 specifications, materials, and installation methods is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with contractors, vendors, clients, and team members.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality and accurate estimates.
