One of the best luxury residential builders in South Florida is looking for a Superintendent.

A highly skilled and efficient luxury home builder is seeking to expand its team by hiring a seasoned Construction Superintendent.

This key role involves overseeing the entire construction process, from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are executed with precision, quality, and adherence to timelines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex residential construction projects, particularly in the luxury sector, and will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.

Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year.

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities from pre-construction to project completion.
• Ensure all construction projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out to specifications and within the agreed timeline.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all building codes and regulations, ensuring all projects are compliant.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Effectively communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Develop and maintain schedules, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
• Oversee materials management, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of all necessary supplies.
• Provide construction estimating services, accurately forecasting project costs and timelines.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role within the luxury residential construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional communication and team leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating and materials management.
• Proficient in site and subcontractor management.
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
  
  Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools.
