Auto Nation - 350 West Copans Road [Customer Service Representative] As a Service Loyalty Coordinator at Auto Nation, you'll:
Make outbound service calls, establish relationships with the customers and schedule appointments for the Service Department;
Ask the customer qualifying questions to uncover needs and direct calls appropriately;
Ensure that service consultants receive messages promptly;
Make service appointments if service consultants are unavailable, route appointment information to the appropriate service consultant;
Provide customers with the proper change and/or receipt.
