Position: Front Desk Receptionist - Pompano Beach

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional, friendly attitude in all interactions with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and respond to all incoming inquiries for the project (phone calls, emails, online submissions, etc.).
  • Schedule all broker & buyer appointments with the sales team and sponsor.
  • Assist the sales team with CRM database functions, including data entry and lead distribution.
  • Manage check-in/check-out processes and visitor access.
  • Maintain the front desk area and sales gallery in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
  • Communicate effectively with management, butler staff, in-house team, and security.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Maintain a detailed list of incoming inquiries and disbursement of leads to the sales team.
About You
  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience in client relationship management & customer service with a positive attitude and welcoming disposition.
  • Available to work Saturdays & Sundays, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • The ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner is essential.
  • Organized and focused in a fast-paced environment while juggling many different tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and customer service-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy - A working knowledge of MS Office products, particularly MS Excel, will be a requirement for this role.
