We are currently seeking an experienced bilingual Dispatch/Customer Service Representative at our branch office in Pompano Beach, FL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the functions listed below.

  • Assist in taking a high volume of customer service calls.
  • Assist with high volume of emails.
  • Obtains and evaluates all relevant information regarding inquiries, discrepancies and or complaints.
  • Assists to technicians via email, text, or by phone call.
  • Verifies warranty information with manufacturers and collects accurate information to close out service calls promptly.
  • Sends quotes/estimates for order parts in a timely manner.
  • Provides updates customer and or associates and answers questions regarding pending service calls, parts on order, etc.
  • Performs other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • One (1) year of experience in a dispatch capacity.
  • A high school diploma or the equivalent in experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive work relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer software to include:
    Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills.
