Highly successful civil engineering firm is looking for an experienced Landscape Architect.
Will be responsible for planning and designing a wide range of outdoor spaces and site development plans. They combine artistic and technical skills to ensure aesthetically pleasing and functional design solutions. Projects range from small scale gardens to large scale land planning designs in both urban and rural settings. Responsibilities include development of conceptual designs, using CADD software to draw plans, development of site grading solutions, construction detailing, planting designs, construction administration and observation, and report writing.
While still task oriented, this individual is able to provide some oversight to others on the team in areas they have mastered. Their oversight is more oriented towards parts or specific aspects of a project rather than the project as a whole. Overall, their work is still guided on a regular basis by a more senior person. However, as registered professionals, individuals at this level carry a greater level of professional responsibility for their independent work than a non-registered “Project Site Designer”.

- Provide mentorship, technical support, and delegation to drafter/designer staff
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail

- Adept in the use of CAD software
- Adept in active listening and critical thinking
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced professional environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
