Mechanical Design Engineer

We’re seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our innovative R&D team. This position focuses on developing new products and supporting existing designs, with an emphasis on hydraulic systems and advanced structural analysis. If you have strong mechanical engineering experience and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, this is the role for you.

• Collaborate with the engineering manager and team on new product development projects.
• Perform engineering calculations, including stress and load analysis for hydraulic components.
• Create detailed design drawings using CAD software.
• Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using Ansys to validate designs and optimize performance.
• Develop quality control and testing documentation; collect and analyze prototype data.
• Communicate with operations and production teams to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
• Gather user requirements and incorporate product feedback into design improvements.
• Monitor product performance and manage design updates post‑launch.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in CAD tools (Solid Works and/or AutoCAD).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in FEA analysis using Ansys.
• Hands‑on experience with testing and prototype development.
• Knowledge of quality control processes.
• Ability to collect and provide actionable product feedback.
• Chinese language skills are a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coconut Creek, FL.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 – $55.00/hr.
