Role Description

Lend A Hand Financial is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Financial Advisor to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. This full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to our valued clients while leveraging our proprietary lead generation system to support client acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored financial strategies to help clients achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals.
• Provide expert guidance on investment management, retirement planning, risk mitigation, and asset protection to optimize financial outcomes.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments, including analyzing client portfolios, income sources, tax considerations, and future growth opportunities.
• Foster lasting relationships by delivering personalized financial advisory services, ensuring clients receive ongoing support and strategic adjustments as needed.
• Utilize Lend A Hand Financials' proprietary lead generation system to connect with prospective clients, expanding outreach and business growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and regulatory developments to provide clients with the most up-to-date financial insights.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and ethical standards, adhering to security-licensed qualifications and best practices in financial advisory services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Security-licensed financial professional with expertise in investment strategies and retirement planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively serve a diverse client base.
• Ability to design customized financial plans that align with individual client objectives.
• Experience leveraging lead generation tools and business development strategies to expand client portfolios.
• Commitment to ethical financial practices and industry regulations.
• CFP or CFA is a plus

Compensation Range:

The final base salary compensation will be determined at the company’s discretion, based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and existing book of business. This salary range is negotiable and will be structured to align with the candidate’s qualifications, performance, and business development capabilities.
