We are seeking a Pay Per Visit Occupational Therapist to provide therapy sessions to patients needing restoration of physical and mental functioning to gain independence. This is a rewarding and dynamic position for a caring and compassionate individual who is dependable and reliable.

• Plan, assess and improve patients' care plans under supervision of physicians, family members, and care staff.
• Help patients cope with medical conditions and work toward regaining independence.
• Ensure patients' living environment is optimal for their medical status and facilitate necessary changes.
• Oversee and direct the Occupational Therapy Assistant, requiring strong communication and attention to detail.

• Registered, certified, or licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical environment.
• Strong communication skills, organized, and good at record‑keeping.
• Reliable transportation.
