We are searching for a qualified Activities Assistant to join our community that is resident and family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. The primary purpose of this position is to provide a planned schedule for resident activities and recreation.

• Assist with resident activities, assessments, and activity profiles.
• Assist in scheduling movies, planning parties, and providing games/activities for residents.
• Encourage residents to participate in recreational social activities, organizing games, crafts, religious services, parties, etc.
• Assist the Community Life Director in expanding services.
• Provide innovative, responsible healthcare by creating and implementing new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred experience providing recreation services to residents in a health care setting.
• Valid state driver's license, current and unencumbered.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and qualified to perform a job well done.
