We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make an impact, focus on clinical excellence, and finally achieve work‑life balance. The role will be located at the Success on the Spectrum Pompano Beach facility, starting in March 2026.

Behavior Analysts will focus on clinical work while the organization handles administrative tasks. The maximum caseload is 12 full‑time clients (or 40 billable hours per week). Practicum students and interns assist with the caseload.

• Conduct assessments, supervise treatment plans, train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and provide parent training.
• Maintain a caseload of up to 12 full‑time clients or 40 billable hours per week.
• Collaborate with practicum students and interns to support client care.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in a sensory‑friendly, play‑based clinical setting is preferred.

• True work‑life balance:
  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no nights, no weekends, no on‑call duties).
