• Be the first point of contact for residents and guests at exclusive addresses; monitor the lobby, handle incoming calls/requests, and manage package/food deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests to ensure a smooth operation and service experience.
• Receive and sign for deliveries following property-specific systems to ensure efficient delivery to residents.
• Facilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits.
• Advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Maintain a sharp appearance in the supplied uniform and enjoy interacting with residents.
