The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department by coordinating and maintaining HR processes, employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding activities, compliance tracking, leave administration support, pre-employment requirements, reporting, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.
