Technology Manager – Smart Safety & Wireless Systems

We’re looking for a hands‑on Technology Manager who loves working with camera software, hardware, cameras, wireless systems, and new technology. This is a high‑growth role with long‑term advancement as we continue expanding across the region.

• Launch, manage, configure, and support all TS&L camera systems, wireless radios, and solar technologies
• Troubleshoot field issues (remotely and occasionally onsite) and support our service technicians
• Help customers with setup, connectivity, and system questions
• Assist with new product evaluation, testing, and integration
• Build documentation, best practices, and processes as our technology footprint expands
• Work directly with leadership on improving reliability, monitoring, and customer response
• Become the internal “go‑to” expert on everything camera, wireless, and solar tech
• Light Training of New Systems

• Someone who genuinely loves technology and problem‑solving
• Comfortable with IP cameras, networking basics, wireless radios, and cloud platforms
• Strong communicator with customers and internal teams
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple requests
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of an entire technology category
• Works well in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Some experience with IP/networking, cameras, wireless radios, or IT support
• Basic understanding of computers, routers, connectivity, and software troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license (occasional travel to sites in Florida or nearby states)
• Must be reliable, responsive, and customer‑focused
