NetSuite Administrator

Overview

Net Suite Administrator role focused on the day-to-day management of Net Suite operations, user support, system enhancements, and future projects. This position supports cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, ensure data integrity, and enable Net Suite’s full capabilities.

• Manage and maintain Net Suite ERP, ensuring system stability and optimal performance. Administer user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Net Suite-related issues.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to enhance system functionality. Design, test, and implement system configurations, workflows, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support business intelligence. Lead and support Net Suite-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams to implement best practices and new features. Train end-users and develop documentation for system procedures.

• 5+ years of hands-on Net Suite experience, including system administration and module implementation.
• Proven ability to configure Net Suite modules and manage system permissions, roles, workflows, and custom records.
• Experience building saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in manufacturing environments — must be fluent in processes around inventory, WIP, BOM, MRP, and production operations.
