We are seeking two Customer Support Technicians to provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise hardware, software, and IT systems. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and network-related issues.
Required Skills:- 0-1 year of IT support or help desk experience.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and MS Office 365.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Monday-Friday, between 7 AM and 6 PM. After-hours on-call rotation required.
