Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

Join Wendy's as an Assistant Manager and help lead our team to success while ensuring a top-notch experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Supervise and train team members to meet performance goals.
• Ensure high standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Assist in scheduling and payroll processing.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure guest satisfaction.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Basic understanding of financials, such as labor costs and sales goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work various shifts and days per week
• Must be authorized to work in the United State
• Minimum Age 18+ years old
