The FSPM is expected to travel to a variety of customer locations and respond to emergencies and on‑call calls as required.

- Manages and oversees small‑to‑midsize, technically complex projects involving waste site clean‑up, construction, building and equipment decontamination, and demolition.
- Prepares proposals, including cost estimates, work scopes, and schedules.
- Acts as an agent of business, developing relationships with key customers and understanding their issues.
- Provides timely, concise, and relevant information to superiors and subordinates.
- Provides technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates, and subcontractor selection and procurement.
- Enforces policies and procedures related to Health & Safety; measured by district health and safety record. Works closely with the Director of Health & Safety and VP of Site Services to resolve issues promptly.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by management as needed.
- Environmental field service operations experience.
- Cost estimating/bidding and computer experience.
- Strong environmental remediation background and experience.
- In‑depth knowledge of remedial technologies.
- Previous experience working in emergency response.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of environmental field service operations experience.
- Leadership/supervisor experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of equipment operations.
- Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulation.
