• Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting safely at all times.
• Manages and oversees small‑to‑midsize, technically complex projects involving waste site clean‑up, construction, building and equipment decontamination, and demolition.
• Prepares proposals, including cost estimates, work scopes, and schedules.
• Acts as an agent of business, developing relationships with key customers and understanding their issues.
• Provides timely, concise, and relevant information to superiors and subordinates.
• Provides technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates, and subcontractor selection and procurement.
• Enforces policies and procedures related to Health & Safety; measured by district health and safety record. Works closely with the Director of Health & Safety and VP of Site Services to resolve issues promptly.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by management as needed.

• Environmental field service operations experience.
• Cost estimating/bidding and computer experience.
• Strong environmental remediation background and experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of remedial technologies.
• Previous experience working in emergency response.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of environmental field service operations experience.
• Leadership/supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of equipment operations.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulation.
