• Lead by example, demonstrate positivity, and maintain clear communication with the entire team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service; address customer needs and resolve issues professionally.
• Motivate and guide team members to surpass customer expectations, promoting swift and friendly service.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to manage inventory, labor allocation, and operational procedures.
• Establish and maintain staffing plans that support anticipated volume fluctuations.
• Uphold strict adherence to all food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Perform supervisory functions, including hiring, promotions, demotions, termination, performance appraisals, coaching and development.
• Organize, schedule, and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Direct staff on the floor to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor and manage the expo station to guarantee timely and accurate food delivery.

• Minimum 1 year of proven customer service experience in hospitality/restaurant industry.
• 2+ years of proven managerial experience in hospitality/restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification required.
• Must be able to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) is a plus.
