Position Overview
Our client, a well‑established company in the building products industry, is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead their Florida operations. This high‑impact leadership role offers the opportunity to drive significant organizational transformation and growth. The successful candidate will report directly to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in revitalizing branch performance while building a positive, results‑driven culture.
PayBase pay range: $/yr – $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Management: Develop and maintain strong leadership relationships with lower‑level managers and staff across all departments.
- Sales Growth: Lead and energize the sales team toward aggressive growth targets, implementing strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Culture Development: Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Problem Resolution: Utilize strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
- Performance Management: Establish and maintain performance standards while providing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership on branch strategy and long‑term growth initiatives.
- Operations Oversight: Manage production and warehouse operations to optimize efficiency, productivity, and workflow processes.

Proven background in building products distribution or a closely related industry sector. - Leadership

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
