In this management role you wear many hats, keeping our customers happy, our employees happy, and our day‑to‑day business running smoothly. You hire and train the right team members for the right roles. You are patient and know how to bring out the best in your staff, giving constructive feedback, holding them accountable, and encouraging their leadership skills with coaching, opportunities, and resources.

In addition to managing your staff, you also help grow our auto business by utilizing proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability. Your sales and customer service skills are essential! You plan and track budget forecasting models, ask the right questions that lead to innovation, progress, and success, and build relationships with employees and customers alike.

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Relevant sales and customer service experience
• Previous leadership experience a plus
