• Accurate job preparation on presses, informed by work order details.
• Contribute to refining and creating work procedure standards for the team.
• Utilize every nuance of the production order’s subcomponents effectively.
• Machine and auxiliary equipment setup, with checks for metal type and thickness.
• Stringently document processes for consistency, knowing when to make exceptions during startup and shutdown.
• Regular shaft and bearing lubrication and cleaning to ensure flawless operation.
• Bring a solution‑oriented approach to troubleshoot and refine processes for production reliability.
• Inspect dimensions and finishes, adjusting for any anomalies.
• Use precision tools to regularly measure and inspect work pieces for accuracy.
