Pay: $15 - $18/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job SummaryPicks and packs customer orders in the warehouse; maintains established productivity and accuracy standards.
Essential Job Functions- According to the pick ticket, pulls the correct product from the stock area and packs, seals and labels it into the appropriate boxes per order needs.
- Meets required daily productivity standards for lines picked. Ensures that work meets quality standards.
- Stages product in the appropriate shipping location per the order needs.
- Assists in receiving, inventory cycle count functions and location movements as needed.
- Stocks/replenishes shelves with product as needed and notifies supervisor of product replenishment needs.
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without waste.
- Follows all Standard work and warehouse procedures and provides recommended changes as needed. Reports other problems to supervisor.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment, follows safety policies and procedures, and reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Participates in safety and health program activities, reports hazards, and supports safety committee activities.
- High School Diploma.
- Basic computer skills required. Able to learn and use in‑house software applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work from verbal and written instructions.
- Able to work accurately with numbers.
- Attendance/Punctuality – consistently at work and on time.
- Quality – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Quantity – meets productivity standards; completes work in a timely manner; strives to increase productivity.
- Safety – observes all safety procedures and policies; reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; uses equipment and materials properly.
- RF hand scanner
Packaging – Bagging. Fast‑paced up to 8 hours/day. Exposure to loud noise. Functional vision and hearing required. May participate in HCP.
Physical DemandsPackaging – key light-medium. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Key light-medium.
