We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Heat Press Operator to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results. You’ll play a vital part in the production process and help ensure our customers receive excellent service and products.

• Operate heat press machinery to produce custom graphic tees
• Prepare and move inventory within the warehouse
• Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and efficiency
• Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Experience operating heat press or similar machinery preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent output
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Capable of working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
