• Ensures all components are correct in size, color and order.
• Enters data into the computer system.
• Scans ballistic panel barcode and plate.
• Verifies accuracy of ballistic and information.
• Assembles the ballistic following the process steps according to work order specifications.
• Inserts carrier assembly into the plastic bag, paste label and puts carrier in box.
• Closes the box with tape and inserts the packaging list into the envelope.
• Performs a visual inspection for accuracy.
• Weighs the box and enter the information into the system.
• Prints the shipping label and tracking and pastes onto box.
• Confirms label matches the information in the system.
• Places the completed box on pallet.
• Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.
• Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
• Maintains a safe and clean work area.
• Performs other related duties as required and or as assigned.
