Position: E-Commerce Coordinator

The Point Blank Enterprises, Inc., e-commerce Coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of product launches, promotions, and website updates. This role plays a key part in enhancing the overall online shopping experience and driving sales performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Product Presentation & Merchandising- Manage the day-to-day presentation of products on the e-commerce site, ensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and conversion focused.
- Write and edit product descriptions to highlight key features and benefits, ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure high-quality product images and videos are available for each product listing.
- Work closely with the sourcing and planning teams to track product availability and update inventory on the e-commerce site.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate any potential issues or out-of-stock products to the relevant teams to prevent order fulfillment issues.
- Ensure that new products are listed and available on the site in a timely manner, coordinating with marketing and creative teams to support product launches.
- Support marketing campaigns by updating product pages and ensuring promotional banners, product bundles, and featured products are accurately represented on the site.
- Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to ensure that product promotions are well-executed and that the user experience is optimized during sales events, product launches, and promotions.
- Continuously review product listings, category pages, and site navigation to enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the CRO Specialist to implement A/B tests, make data driven decisions, and optimize the e-commerce site for better performance.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and product performance, providing insights to the marketing and operations teams.
- Report on product performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in merchandising and site optimization.
- Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that the e-commerce site reflects the latest products, promotions, and content updates.
- Act as a liaison between the ecommerce team and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or product management.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magenta) and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, conversion optimization, and merchandising.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and report on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The role requires extended periods of sitting at a desk or workstation, with occasional breaks. - Typing and Computer Work:
Frequent use of a computer, including mouse, keyboard, and graphic design software, requiring dexterity and visual acuity. - Vision:
Ability to see clearly and distinguish fine details in design work and screen-based tasks for extended periods. - Hearing and Speaking:
