A Nurse Navigator Orthopedics helps to manage the care of orthopedic patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines of the healthcare organization

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• 2 year Associate Degree (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered Nurse
• Three years of ortho- spine nursing and nursing leadership experience preferred
