• Experience in customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and heard.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of managing time efficiently, balancing multiple showings and appointments.
• Familiarity with the real estate market in the Ft Lauderdale-Pompano Beach-Deerfield area is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to shared goals and successes.
• Experience in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in real estate sales and negotiation skills.

Compensation

$115,000 - $185,000 yearly
